More prayers needed, please

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers. My mom still isn't out of the woods yet, but she is improving! They've taken her off the insulin completely and her blood sugar levels are normal. She has been more lucid and is starting to eat. We've got them checking her blood 4 times a day now and giving her Glucerna if she doesn't eat alot. They're also giving her a snack before bed which is also helping. She started participating in some activities today and being the "sarcasm queen" so that is a good sign. We just have to take things one day at a time and see how it goes. I have a doctor appt. set up for her Tuesday so we'll get all the results of all the tests they've taken.
Again, thanks everyone!! It really means alot to me and Heather.

Oh, Barb! That is such good news!!! I have been on pins and needles and so worried for you and Heather. I know how it is can be and I didn't want to call you considering how stressed and tired you must be feeling. I am so grateful that your mom is rallying. It is all the love and good home cooked goulash that you fed her. I am sure that your being there means a lot. I am so happy for you, I could do a little dance!!! I shall continue keeping your family in my prayers. Perhaps we will both get a miracle and this will just be a health blip we both had to go through.
