More outdoor cooking in my life.

this is a Japanese Grill. called a Konro grill. usually the pro's burn Binchotan charcoal, but the legit stuff can cost the same as the grill itself. I am currently exploring options. the great thing about Binchotan is that it burns hot for six hours or so. I dont need that kinda of time, so I am finding my alternatives like American Bincho to be adequate. I get about 3 hours.

this was the maiden voyage. I literally tore my fridge apart looking for stuff I could grill. no rhyme or reason.. I had Mexican theme sausages next to my Japanese chicken parts. hahah
