Thanks to pigging out on Margaritas & a HUGE tray of "Jumbo Lump Crabmeat & Goat Cheese Nachos" on Christmas afternoon, we moved our roast goose dinner to "Boxing Day" - aka yesterday.
So enjoyed a lovely "Roast Goose with Port Wine Gravy", "Potato Gratin with Boursain" (insanely delicious & insanely easy), & my "Breezy Brussel Sprouts with Garlic & Breadcrumbs". Have leftovers of everything, so will enjoy another meal of it, & then anything still left of the goose will go into our traditional New Year's Day "French Cassoulet".
