She bought some of these and said they are REALLY good, and within the limits for carb/calorie/fat content.

I may try them myself!

I just put one in the air fryer.
What I can say, they look nothing like the ones on the box.
Thin!
I've got the gravy packet heating in a pan of boiling water.

Well...
The gravy is salty.
I have 4 more to use, I'll toss the gravy packets.
Maybe use the others for a sandwich.

There are other things one might make with those cutlets. Here's one suggestion: Crispy Chicken Piccata - yeah, it is a cheater 🤷-- there are similar things too...
