Marinaded Grilled Flat-iron Steak

In the recipe She used a Hanger Steak

The Mustard and Garlic Rosemary rested in the fridg.3hrs.







Grilled @ 425* until interior temp. 128* for med. rare

We also made Turnip Gratin

Looks almost perfect

This was a wonderful two recipes to be done and done again

I look for it every time I'm in my supermarket, but they rarely have it (no pun intended).
