List of Fat Burning Foods

Spicy hot foods are said to rev up one's metabolism and at the same time cause most people to eat a bit less. Capsaicin can be added to the list.
 
Nothing like fresh roasted jalapeno peppers just off the grill to curb appetite. Just don't eat them on an empty stomach, or you could end up with heartburn.

They're also great stuffed with cream cheese, pimento pepper, crumbled bacon and......

But that's a story for another time! :mrgreen:
