Those look wonderful. I don't have any limes on hand but I do have some lemons. I would imagine I could use lemons?

I made these bars last week. They were fantastic, and pretty easy to make (even for a non-baker like me! ). The lime is really nice with the shortbread tasting crust.

I'll definitely make them again! :a1:

We have a big funeral this coming Sunday and I was tasked to bring 2 dozen cookies. I think I'll bring bars instead. I like lemon bars but will try this one.

I know the lady that passed and this will be a sad one.

Today a church lady made lemon bars for hospitality and were one of the best I've had. I'll see about getting her recipe.
