I say since it is already cooked, you should have no problem. Are you using any kind of liquid or sauce in the crock with it?

buckytom Grill Master Mar 26, 2010 #6 loin is pretty lean, so it will get a little on the dry side after a while in the crock. i go with qsis and add bbq sauce. something thicker than just liquids.
