night came out good. I grilled them with cowboy charcoal, mesquite charcoal, plum wood, and cherry wood. It was well well received.

Yes, both. I prefer the jelly but the sauce needs to be used up. The jelly is more flavorful.

I don't care for the jelly, but I've made some mint sauce that I like. Do you have a recipe for it?
