This is the Iranian dish Nancy made last night. The recipe is supposed to be for red meat and would be wonderful with lamb. The sidebar said it could be made with butter beans for vegetarians which she did. Letmetellyouwhat…bad idea. She disposed of the leftover and just realized we should have saved it for Peter.
