I found this in a little local newspaper.
I settled on 17 minutes at 300 degrees.
I bought a bunch of kale plus a bunch of red kale. This is red kale. For seasoning, on the left is salt and red pepper flakes, on the right is bacon salt.
This is regular kale. Seasoning on the left is vinegar salt - equal parts vinegar and sea salt, 275 degrees for one hour. It should have been ground for a lighter application.
Finished product. It's not floppy likes it looks but not overly crunchy either.
I liked them all but have a preference for the regular kale versus red.
