Jive Turkey Legs

When there's only two of you, and you don't want to eat turkey for a week..............

4 Turkey Legs (washed & dried)
1 Reynolds Oven bag
2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 1/2 tsp ground Cumin
1 TBL Flour
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 TBL Lemon juice
Hot cooked rice or Couscous

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Shake flour into oven bag to coat
inside. Place bag in a 9X13X3 inch baking dish. Combine cinnamon,
garlic salt, cumin and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle
rub on turkey legs and rub into the meat.
Lay turkey legs in the bag and drizzle with lemon juice. Close
bag and cut 6 vents in bag. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until 170
degrees is reached.
Remove from bag and allow to cool and serve over couscous or
rice....

Lucky, I've never used an oven bag. Is there browning, but no crispy skin?

I was going to make myself a turkey dinner today. I thought a leg would be perfect, especially because I prefer dark meat. I went to three different stores and there wasn't a leg to be found. One store had turkey wings, but that was it.
If I ever move, I will check out the area grocery stores more closely than some folks check out the schools (lol).

The oven bag does retard crisping, but it keeps the meat sooo moist !

And clean-up is a breeze !

Remember to open carefully; there's gonna be a rush of "steam".....
