Tina cannot find a recipe for a Jello Cake.
She looked on the jello site, and other sites, and no can find.
It was a 60's or 70's thing, way back when .....

It was just a box cake, and Jello or Royal brand Gelatin ???

I think you may be looking for a Poke Cake. It was a boxed cake, then you poked holes in it with a wooden spoon handle, and poured on the jello. It originated as a recipe for Betty Crocker cake mixes.

Here is one Tina just found. I would eliminate the fresh strawberries, for ME. because of Diverticulosis.
Otherwise, powdered sugar would suffice for me.

Thanks Everyone. Ummmmm!! I'll bet a Lemon one would be really great.

I've got a very old lemon jello cake that uses a white cake mix and a box of lemon jello, eggs oil and extract that you bake and then poke with a glaze of 20x sugar and lemon juice.
