My local supermarket gets breads in from another company. Their baguettes look just like that. It's like crack. If my store, for some reason, stopped carrying it, I would go into epileptic seizures.

yup i agree (also called italian slipper bread)... more holes in the bread, denser texture.. one of my favorite breads or rolls to get around here

Just saw your post.... Try these... if the holes aren't big enough, increase the water a percent.
