ISO a non-bitter Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Evidently, good quality EVOO is supposed to be bitter. Well, I've tried a couple of expensive, imported-from-Italy EVOOs and don't like the bitterness. At ALL.

Can anyone recommend a good-flavored EVOO that's NOT bitter?

If you have a Greek grocer, go ask for a recommendation! We have an Italian grocer where I used to get my olive oil until I discovered my Greek grocer!

Thanks, Kathleen. I did a little more research and found that Filipo Berrio was recommended as a good, but less bitter, EVOO. I bought a small bottle to try it and I like it MUCH better than the expensive oil I bought.
