reminded me that I wanted to post this one for Irish Whiskey Cake and ask a question: since I am going to use just regular old instant coffee granules, do you think I should increase the instant coffee to 3T? More?

Looks good Lee.

So that's why it's called coffee cake (if you didn't have the whiskey in it). I thought it was called coffee cake because it went well with coffee, not because it had coffee in it.

I totally forgot that I'd made this before. Made another today and have so far given half away to neighbors.

(I also took a small swig of Jamison's while making the cake. Pretty good!)
