Hi everyone...I wrote a note of thanks to everyone for the wonderful compliments on my cake but apparently I zigged when I should have zagged and it seems to have completely disappeared. So, again, thank you all. I just wish everyone was here to enjoy a slice or two with us but Ian is making mighty quick work of it, so you'd better hurry over! Incidently, I discovered that the best way to eat this particular cake is icey cold, right out of the refrigerator. Makes it twice as good!
