Insanely Delicious Tri-Tip

2 3/4 lb Tri-Tip untrimmed

Injected with Tony Chachere's Roasted Garlic and Herb Marinade and rubbed with Tony Chachere's More Spice Seasoning then into the refrigerator for 5-hrs.

Out of the fridg. and onto the EGG @ 500* for a 2-min. a side sear

After the Temp. got down to 450* I put the Tri-Tip on a raised grid until the interior temp. was 130*

Served with Mashed potatoes and steamed Broccoli, My wife Jackie said it was insanely delicious I must agree!

Fantastic, Ross!!

Tri-tip is difficult to get in my area, but I don't stop looking! I did find a chunk of it marinated and frozen at Trader Joe's, so I picked that up and tossed it in the freezer for a future date.

Yours looks wonderful and has inspired me!

Looking good!
I'm tri-tipped out......I've been cooking them and having them in all sorts of ways during the week, taking advantage of the sale.....with plenty left-overs for sandwiches and tacos. :)))
