We’ve gone to using avocado and olive oil exclusively due to asthma, COPD, and arthritis. It may be a little late in the game for me but do it to placate the Mrs.

Olive oil (2 types-blended and EVOO), vegetable oil, butter. Occasionally smoked olive oil, and avocado oil.

I use it a lot to sautee shrimp and in that egg roll in a bowl.

I use butter, olive oil, and avocado oils on the day to day. I will also use chicken and duck fat when I have it on-hand. Bacon grease is also used. Sesame and other flavored oils are used sporadically. We also use vegetable oil or peanut oil on occasion when we pull out the deep fryer.
