Naruto. you got it!I think the pink and white slices could be nurato, which is a type of fish roll called kamaboko. Of course, I wait confirmation on this one! My bestie in HS was half-Japanese and his mother made a lot of these kinds of things....and neither of us bothered to learn until very much later.
My question about the udon is did you use cornstarch, potato starch or tapioca starch to keep it from sticking when cutting the noodles? They look amazing! I never knew what would be the best thing to use to get the better results and taste! If this is your first time, wow!
