How do you like/cook your bacon?

So, making bacon for sandwiches tomorrow, and I got to thinking. We all have our favorite ways to cook and eat the magic stuff. So, share....

Here's what I made tonight:

We all have our favorite texture and doneness for bacon. What's your favorite way to prepare and eat this gift? I've made it every way there is, and I'll start the share. My favorite is to deep fry it - fully cooked, nice texture, and quickly cooked. Problem is that it wreaks havoc on your fryer, so I make it when the oil is ready for changing. Although, try frying bacon, then wings for a party - AMAZING flavor!!! My ultimate texture is fully cooked yet almost leathery, with a nice bite through and flavor without a crunch. I'm reminded of the Roy Roger's Bacon Cheeseburger here. (Drooling a bit!) So, what say you? Barely cooked, leathery, crispy, crunchy, and how do you like to cook it? I apologize if this has been brought up before.

Deep-fried bacon! Holy cow, Rob! I've never had it, but I bet it's incredible!

I usually bake mine in the oven or my toaster oven. But when I barbecue, I always put on some bacon when the main event is done. Cherry-smoked bacon is my favorite treat.

2 layers here - I probably still have something on the lower rack of the WSM.
