I am an avid user of all things chopsticks. I cook with them, beat eggs with them, eat..etc.
but I got these on a whim from a restaurant supply house for like $9. 12" long..maybe 14". what a great kitchen tool!! I just used them to pull sterilized jar lids out of a boiling bath and placed them on top of the jars. cant do that with chopsticks. plus I sterilized the tweezers as well! twirling pasta for that photogenic finish is easy now. ha!!
my cheap pair had to be "tuned"" with pliers to make them pic up super tiny things. tomato skins out of a sauce is a great example. I'll never be without kitchen tongs, but tweezer do some heavy lifting in my kitchen now.
