I saw them making candy canes on "Unwrapped" once, very cool stuff. The really cool one was the Cheese Puffs, literally puffed out of the machine!
Bud, Steve and I visited a candy maker shop at Cheddar Gorge in Somerset,England.. they were making "rock" which is a traditional stick of candy.. it was much the same as the video. Really interesting to see.
