What happens to Franks Hot Sauce if spread thinly and left to dry...

Actually, makes a nifty HOT SAUCE POWDER if completely dried and crushed!

Disclaimer.. I don't know how long the shelf life might be. I had some in a dry rub for a while, never saw any mold or other signs of life....
Not saying it should be done... but thought it was cool.

Nope, a saucer dish. Spread a thin layer of Frank's Hot Sauce, let it sit for a couple of days. Dried out nicely.... looks scary!

I wonder if that would work in my dehydrator?? I think I'll give it a try. lol
