I am an avid home cook. my wife prefers I do all the cooking and I am happy to comply. my first hobby is anything OUTDOORS. second, has to be cooking. close, third TRAVELING. and all my trips seem to orbit foods.

lately I have been merging to two hobbies. catching fish on the ocean from my kayak and then cooking it at home. or taking to the woods, to take some delicious animal home. happy to live along the Sonoma Coastline. happy to be able to get out and harvest an animal. field to table style.

I enjoy talking about cooking and sharing and learning tips. trying this forum on for size.
