Sliced ham is my favorite, most versatile luncheon meat, but it's ridiculously expensive at the deli (plus, I hate waiting in line).
I spotted this 6.5 lb. boneless ham in the store for 50% off, and grabbed it.
Sliced thin on my deli-slicer, and Food Savered, I now have 5 lbs. for my freezer and 1 pound for the fridge!
