I bet it’d go great with some of the recipes you mentioned, like muffins or even in yogurt. It’s been a game-changer for me—makes me feel like I’m getting an extra serving of greens without much effort. What’s your favorite healthy topping combo?
I add to yogurt, low sugar plant based protein shakes, salad and Keto cereal - toasted pepitas, hemp hearts, chia, psyllium husks and flax, either ground or whole every day 🥰
