Does this actually works?

I have not tried that specific brand but I did go through a collagen coffee phase last year and honestly could not tell any real difference in my skin or joints after two months of daily cups. The taste was fine, slightly creamier than plain black coffee, but the powder clumps badly if you pour it into already brewed coffee instead of stirring while pouring. The amount of collagen per serving also matters, since many products only include a token amount that is nowhere near what studies actually use. If you want to understand what coffee itself does for your body beyond the collagen hype, read this breakdown that separates real benefits from exaggerated claims. My advice is to check the protein content per scoop and compare it to a plain collagen supplement you add yourself, because that way you control the dose. In the end I went back to regular coffee and take collagen separately with water.

I haven't tried that one specifically, but I've been mixing collagen into my coffee for a while now and I've learned a couple of things the hard way. Let the coffee cool down for a few minutes before you stir it in, otherwise the heat can break down the collagen and you lose some of the benefit. Also, I found it mixes way better with a little milk frother than a spoon, otherwise you get clumps at the bottom. If you end up trying it, let me know what you think.
