It’s not starting very good. I woke at 0130 and couldn't get back to sleep. We are supposed to drive to the coast and not sure I have it in me, plus my hip is killing me.

I was awake at 0130 and got up at 0330. I felt like crap and dodgy hip does not help. I did get about a 3 hour nap that has helped.
We are going to Toscano’s for dinner and will save room for dessert. Tomorrow I will get serious about the anti inflammatory diet again. I hope.
