I did some spareribs on Saturday in my wood pizza oven which is still under construction.
I'm in the middle of curing the oven with a series of several small low temp fires over several days so I decided to take advantage of the residual stored heat and do my very first cook with the oven. Oven temp seem just right for spareribs so that's what I did. I bought a big 6.5lb slab to see how this would turn out.
Three hours in the oven, uncovered.... and I was pretty happy with the way it turned out.

Did quite a bit of outdoor cooking over the July 4th holiday weekend. First, I used the outdoor Dutch Oven to do Smoked Sausage with vegetables.

My first pork roast in my smoker, which I am embarassed to say sat unused on my deck for 2 years after I bought it used....

Also smoked 3 Fattys: Cheeseburger, Taco and Pizza, but didn't get any pictures of them. Well, I got some building the cheeseburger, but forgot the "after" pics, sigh.
