The feta in this grabbed my attention.
Low carb and Keto friendly. ❤

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 small bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter

  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 small bunch parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine the ground beef, egg, cheese, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Form into eight patties.
  2. If adding mushrooms and onions, cook them in a little olive oil in a skillet until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Remove to a plate and set aside.
  3. Cook the patties over medium-high heat in the olive oil and butter for about 10 minutes, or until browned.
  4. Add the whipping cream and tomato paste to the pan when the patties are almost cooked through. Bring to a simmer. (If you cooked mushrooms and onions, add them back to the pan.) Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Serve.

Yeah, this DOES sound good. Wonder if they would be okay at medium rare (less cooking than 10 minutes).

How about adding some breadcrumbs and making a meatloaf?
