this is one of my favorite pork chop recipes.
this serves 2
2 1"-2" pork loin chops
1/2 lb or more bulk hot italian sausage(you can use your favorite sausage)
garlic powder
onion powder
cracked black pepper
cut pockets into the pork chops. stuff as much sausage as you can get into it, pack it tightly.
sprinkle the chops with spices listed or use your choice of spices.
place on hot grill, brown quickly on both sides.
turn heat down to low or move to indirect heat and bake on grill until internal temperature reaches 155*F.
