This makes a bunch!
I've got the meat sauce "soup" already going on low to simmer in the crockpot.
I'll cook the pasta (I'm using ziti) first before adding.
The directions say to add the pasta then cook until it's tender.
Last time I did that making a large batch of vegetable soup, the starch from the pasta gave it a texture I didn't care for.
This is good.
I did however tweak it.. after eating half a bowl by adding a little brown sugar to the entire crock full that was remaining.
It actually did need a little something more.
I'll make it again.
