Garlic-Roasted Brussel Sprouts

These are so much better than those sad,overcooked,nasty boiled

2 lb brussel sprouts
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 C olive oil
sea salt
ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375*F

trim tough stem ends from sprouts and cut larger ones in half.

Mix garlic and oil together and use to lightly coat brussel sprouts.

Place in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast for approximately 40 minutes, or until outer leaf edges are browned and cut edges are lightly carmelized.
