Garlic/Parmesan Wings

Hey Lee!! Here's the recipe you requested. :mrgreen: I hope you enjoy them!

3/4 cup butter, melted
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup green can Parmesan cheese
12-20 chicken wings
Fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded

Melt butter and add minced garlic and parmesan cheese. Cook for 5 minutes.

Grill, bake or deep fry wings. Toss wings in bowl with butter/garlic mixture. Remove to plate and shred fresh Parmesan cheese on top and serve.

The ones in the picture were baked and basted with the sauce. (375F for 30 -45 minutes turning and basting both sides til done)

I made this the other night and they were WONDERFUL!!

My friend likes wings very crispy, so I baked them for an hour at 375, basting three times.

I'll be making these again, very good! I did get a little heavy handed with the last addition of the parmesan cheese. I just used more of the canned cheese instead of fresh shredded.

Baked convection 375 on a rack for 20 mins, flip, 20 more minutes, flip, about 10 more minutes, basting along the way.
