Fried Grouper With Chili Lime Cilantro Sauce

The grouper was a "black" from last month's catch.
Cover with a combination of panko and dried potato flakes
Fry in Wesson Best Blend (vegetable & canola oil)

The sauce is my favorite for fish but it will go with just about everything and anything.

Chili Lime Cilantro Sauce

1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tsp chili paste with garlic (Hokan)
1 1" piece of fresh ginger, grated
2 Tbls chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbls fresh lime juice with pulp
3 Tbls H2O
1 Tbls sugar

Mix well - keeps for two weeks in the fridge

Ummmm, I'd be all over that! I have never seen the Wesson Best Blend, but I live in Podunk, USA :blush:.
