I had a wonderful night out. There are enough leftovers that I don't have to cook tonight.

I'm taking "the boy" out for lunch. I think he wants pizza. Grocery shopping after that. I'm thinking dinner will be either French dips with Swiss cheese and onions OR ham and eggs. They both sound good and easy to me.
 
My DD will be making tacos tonight.

I will be able to cook meals on saturday and sunday. I need to plan some easy meals or pre-prep stuff for her to put together and cook during the week.
 
Eyes got Angelhair with Crisped fried sausage links with tomato sauce on my mind....

DW has Pizza on her mind.... so it's gonna be a toss the coin for supper tonight.

I just had a fried egg with hot peppers on Italian bread for lunch.

I can't get motivated today for some reason.???

Maybe I'm coming down with Hungeritus or sumpin like that!:)
 
It's a refrigerator buffet tonight. I am baking an icebox strawberry pie and a peach pie though. The peach pie is cooling and the strawberry pie filling is cooling. :biggrin:
 
It Was Home Made Pizza !

No Big Deal...Just put it together and nibbled on it like two hungry Wolves! .. .. .. ..:yum:
 
Found two of my Christmas presents to use with today's Dessert!

My Phone Buddy, and a flared rimmed coffee mug so I don't dribble with my lip like on the old mug when I sip my coffee!

Made a shrimp and mushroom tagine and roasted cauliflower.
The tagine wasn't bad, but it was a simple recipe compared
to others I read. Next time I will use one with more flavors.

(Got a bunch of exotic spice blends from Sonoma Williams
for Christmas.. Ras el hanout, harissa, various curries, galangal,
and some others. Now I'm on a Mediterranean/Moroccan kick.)
 
vanilla nutren 1.5. also either a coconut liberte yogurt or a few snack-paks & a sweet & salty bar. then i'm snoozing.

Cornbread Stuffing ([Stove Top)
Yellow rice w/ Garlic Butter (Zatarain's)
Fresh Pole Beans, cooked in Chicken broth w/ minced garlic.

That looks awesome!! YUMMY!!

BTW I have the same large and a small shakers (mason jar shaker with handle) as you. I got just a couple from The Rag Shop years ago. I went back for a couple more and they were all gone :sad: Now the rag shop is closed around here.
