Saw a chef on Milk St. on TV make a cocktail called a French 75 (named after a 75mm gun used in WWI). He used agave instead of simple syrup (another online recipe called for honey) and said to add 6-10 grains of coarse salt. I made it his way. The only thing I had to buy is a tiny bottle of Prosecco.

Excellent cocktail! https://www.177milkstreet.com/recipes/french-75
