Forced Inprisonment for 1 week. Where?

Just thinking after seeing a story on TV...

If you had to pick a place where you would receive food and bathing facilities for 1 week and be imprisoned, alone, where would it be?

I think I would want the Library of Congress, or The Smithsonian Archival Basement.
I know I'd want more than 1 week though.

Vera Blue's personal recipe library. Of course I'd weigh 400# by the end of the week, but i think it would be worth it. I'd also need a copy machine with several reams of paper...just in case!

Don't forget you're by yourself, Sean.

have you ever seen the place? lol..hef like to keep everything his little harem would ever want "on site"

and you can bet he has everything in that house on video--

I bet theres a ton of stuff recorded that could make you a very important person, very quick:yum:

In keeping with an idea about food and food preparation, I'd like to spend one week with this man.

If I was shown one or two things to apply to my trade, I'd be a happy man.

It would have to be a small cabin on a lake in Vermont. We stayed there many years ago. Quaint place, adequate kitchen, very comfortable bed, shelves of interesting books, no TV, no phone, screened-in porch overlooking the lake, small rowboat, fishing equipment, deep in the woods. It smelled fabulous from the pines and sounded great at night with the sounds of the loons.

"Can you hear the Loons?"

Yep, chowhound. That picture could have been taken from our little lake. Some nights we'd row the boat out into the lake and quietly glide through the cattails and just listen to the sounds of the night and the loons. One night was especially beautiful because the moon was full. Can't buy that kind of beauty.

any beachfront house with white sand, blue water and blazing sun.... I do not like being indoors all day I would go crazy anywhere I could not get outside.

I don't know of any place exotic where I'd like to be imprisoned. Sometimes I think of the old farm where spent the first sixteen years of my life and wish I was there. No buildings left, now, just tall grass, but, it's peaceful and quiet, so, I guess that'd be the place.
