What are you eating this rainy, thunderous, lightening Tuesday?
I want to stay cuddled at home with a book, cup of tea, curled up on couch, watching old movies.....drat---work calls!
supper---who knows?:bonk:
:yum:

The weather man has predicted the next 8 days to be sunny and warm here, so it's on its way to you. We just got over 4 solid days of rain and dreary skies, and I'm looking forward to the warm spell.

Remember that ham with broccoli casserole you saw here yesterday? Well, you're going to see it again today. Plenty left over for a nice dinner tonight.

Just found a recipe for chedder broccoi soup. I think I'll try that. I might add some ham or bacon to it. :)

between sneezes I got to the fish market yesterday. I got 4 really huge size fresh scallops. :encore:Love those babies.

Scallops are my favorite shellfish, yummm! How are you going to prepare them?

I'm making a big pot of spaghetti w/sauce made from leftover meatloaf, green salad & toasted garlic ciabatta rolls :eating2:

Nancy..it's too hard to take three great looking tasty meals at once. LOL...

Nancy!!
Nice dinner pics.:wow:

Mine sucks, but it was good.
Pennsylvania Dutch Cabbage rolls, whipped mash and corn.
It was the simplest recipe ever.
It said it would make 8 but it only made 7.
Hopefully they freeze well.

I had a cup of those Japanese Noodles with the dried peas and corn.

Then DW bought me a Italian sub sandwich at Quick Check convenient store deli.

Your stuffed cabbage looks great sass. How do you feel today?

Nice dinners everyone! I just made tacos tonight.
Now I want tacos. They look fantastic.

How do you like the flat bottom shells? We tried them and while they are great for filling but after one bite the bottom cracks and turn into a messy taco sandwich. LOL

Hot dog coins, onions and sliced potatoes seasoned with salt & ground pepper sautéed in butter. Eggs, ground sea salt, ground peppercorns and water scrambled and added to hot dogs and cooked until soft set. With a side of applesauce topped with fresh ground cinnamon.
