Flemings is very nice about going off menu and will adjust salt if one asks. They made a special meal for my mom and recreated a meal especially for her--one like her father use to sell at his steakhouse. They were very acommodating and comped us dessert. It was not a special occasion--more like a "just because"--and they were so kind. They also give chocolate covered strawberries as a parting gift.
 
Great pricing for a place like Flemings. Thanks for the info. One of their steak houses is a couple miles down the street from me. Great steaks and service with prices to match.
