Fireball Cider Jello Shots

Made this easy recipe the other day - delicious!

I topped them with Pumpkin Whipped cream (in a can) and Vietnamese Cinnamon. I skipped the apple slices.

I made 18, but of course, you can fill the cups more. :wink:

Took some to work on Friday for a little pre-weekend afternoon snack. Will take more to visit friends this weekend, along with a loaf of Pumpkin Cranberry Bread.


Fireball Whiskey Jello Shots


1 c. apple cider
Juice of 1/2 a lemon

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 c. Fireball whisky
whipped cream, for garnish

Cinnamon, for garnish

Apple slices, for garnish


  1. In a small saucepan, add apple cider and lemon juice. Sprinkle over gelatin and let bloom, about 5 minutes.
  2. Place pan over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring to dissolve gelatin. Stir in Fireball and remove from heat.
  3. Pour into shot glasses and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  4. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and an optional apple slice.
