Edamame with Smoked Paprika

A great snack for adults and kids. It’s easy to make and delicious to eat.
Ingredients
A bag of frozen edamame
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Smoked Paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Cook the edamame in the microwave for 5 minutes, if you bought the steamer bags in the frozen section.
3. Mix the edamame with the 3 Tbsp olive oil and a little salt and pepper.
4. Roast on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
5. Let sit on the cookie sheet for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with a little smoked paprika.
6. Serve and enjoy!
