Easy White Chicken Chili (Taste Of Home)

I made this for Dad, Kathy and me for dinner last night (thanks, Lora!), but I used the breasts from a rotiss chicken and I roasted a poblano (should have used 2 poblano). Also used my swell new masher (thanks, Mark!). It was a big hit with all 3 of us! Topped with shredded taco cheese, cilantro, Frank' s hot sauce and some chicken skin cracklin's (thanks Peep and Karen!). Served with some delicious scoop tortilla chips.
