I've made many flour tortilla pizzas. Love them!

Here's my favorite variation:

I use ready-to-cook flour tortillas and cook them just under done a little
Spread a little pesto, not much because it's pretty salty
Add some quartered artichoke hearts that have been cut in half and dried with a paper towel
Add some seeded tomatoes, leaving the seeds makes it too wet for me
Add some sliced black olive or kalamata olives that have been dried too
Add some thinly sliced red onion
Add a little feta cheese
Add some mozzarella
Top with a little olive oil, especially around the edges of the tortilla
Broil for a bit just to brown

I love everything on yours, Cooksie! Good call on the pesto - I have a little homemade left!
