Easy Pan-Fried Salmon Steak

Ingredients
2 (12-oz) Salmon Steaks

Kosher Salt
Ground Black Pepper
3 TBL EVOO
3 TBL Butter
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
Juice of 1 Lemon (2 TBL of lemon Juice)
3 TBL Honey (I used Sweet Chili Sauce)
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes ( I did not use these)
Fresh Chopped Parsley for Garnish (...Didn't have any)

Remove bones from the steak (Not Me !!)
Season Salmon on both sides with Salt & Pepper

In a big-enough skillet over medium-high heat, combine butter and oil and stir until butter is melted and beginning to bubble...
Add Salmon and cook till the bottom is golden, about five minutes, then flip.
Add garlic, lemon juice and Red Pepper Flakes. Cook until Salmon is cooked through, another five minutes or so, spooning Pan Sauce over the fish as it cooks.

Plate and Garnish with Parsley, and serve.

Lucky, I think subbing the chili sauce for the honey was an inspired choice! Gave your salmon a beautiful color and more flavor than plain honey would have.
