EASY DOG AND BEAN BAKE
6 beef franks, thinly sliced
butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can Bush's BBQ baked beans
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
6 oz. shredded Cheese, Mexican blend
In skillet, melt the butter and lightly brown sliced franks with onion.
Add allspice, mustard and pepper.
Mix well. Spread beans evenly over bottom of a casserole dish. Add ketchup and brown sugar.
Mix well. Arrange hot dogs over beans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with the cheese, then back into the oven for 15 more minutes
