Easy Broccoli Slaw Quiche

Ingredients

1 pie crust
6 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups of broccoli slaw
1 red pepper, sliced
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1 T. fresh thyme (or 1 tsp. dried)
1 tsp. salt
1 T. black pepper


Directions


Place crust in pie plate and flute edges.
Toss broccoli slaw, pepper, onion and herbs. Pour into pie crust.
Whisk eggs, milk salt and pepper together and pour over vegetables.
Bake at 325 for 40 minutes or until slightly browned. Serve either hot or cold.

wow that sounds interesting! I always buy the broccoli slaw.....what does it taste like in a quiche?
 
Yes but at the same time I can't picture how it would taste.....hmmmmm I DO have a bag of broccoli slaw in the fridge right now......:)
