Ginny, how were the burnt ends? Good enough to post a recipe?

They were tasty. But The Recipe's suggested sides aren't really my style... :ROFLMAO: so I made a few changes. DH did have some pickles.

Lee's note: After reading the mixed reviews, it's good to note that the cooks who were happiest with this recipe cut their beef into chunks at least 1", foiled after two hours, and did not cook as long as suggested in the recipe.
