You can make this your own pizza by adding your favorite pizza toppings and even replacing the ground beef with sausage. If you double this recipe, you may not want to flatten biscuits to much so they fit in the Dutch Oven.

1 pound(s) GROUND BEEF
1 small ONION; Chopped.
2 clove(s) (large) GARLIC; Minced.
1 medium GREEN BELL PEPPER; Cut Into Chunks.
6 slice(s) CANADIAN STYLE BACON; Cut Into Bite Size Pieces.
1 container(s) (15 ounces) PIZZA SAUCE
CHEDDAR CHEESE; Grated, To Taste.
MOZZARELLA CHEESE; Grated, To Taste.
PARMESAN CHEESE; Grated, To Taste.
OREGANO; To Taste.
1 can(s) (10 count) BISCUITS; Refrigerated.

In Dutch oven cook ground beef, onions, garlic and green bell pepper until beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
Drain off any excess fat.
Stir in pizza sauce.
Sprinkle chopped Canadian bacon over the beef mixture.
Top beef with mozzarella cheese to taste then the cheddar cheese to taste; don't be skimpy on the cheese.
Remove biscuits from can and flatten with the palm of your hand.
Arrange flatten biscuits on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle biscuits with Parmesan cheese to taste and then a little oregano to taste.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes or until biscuits are done and lightly browned.
Serves 4.
